First please delete any existing accountants by:

From the Settings (⚙), select Mange Users.
Within the Accounting Firms section, click on the accountant or firm you wish to remove.
Click Delete.
Confirm the deletion.

Now you can add our accountant (QBOnline@amllp.ca) by:

From the Settings (⚙), select Manage Users.
Within the Accounting Firms section, click invite Accountant.
Enter QBOnline@amllp.ca
(Optional) Also enter the first/last name of your accountant.
We will then be sent an email that contains a link for signing in to your company.
Until we sign in, the status on the Manage Users page is “Invited.” After accepting the invitation, the status changes to “Active.”
Click Next and Finish

QuickBooks uses AES256 encryption for data stored within its ecosystem and TLS for data in transit. Google Drive is used for document sharing and provides 2FA and data encryption both in transit and at rest. Furthermore, we also have password protection for client shared folders.
